Enviros Want EPA’s Chicago Reservoir Accord Blocked

Law360, Chicago (December 17, 2013, 8:06 PM ET) -- A coalition of environmental groups urged an Illinois federal judge Tuesday to block a proposed settlement between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and a Chicago-area water district, claiming a massive tunnel and reservoir project being built by the city won’t do enough to keep wastewater out of local rivers and Lake Michigan.
