Pfizer Pay-For-Delay Claims Get 2nd Chance

Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 8:18 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania judge on Friday reinstated two claims he had cut from a suit against Mutual Pharmaceutical Co. Inc. and Pfizer Inc. unit King Pharmaceuticals Inc. over their alleged pay-for-delay deal preventing a generic form of King's muscle relaxant Skelaxin from hitting the market.
