Ecuadoreans Can Target Chevron's Canadian Assets

Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 6:27 PM EST) -- A Canadian appeals court on Tuesday allowed Ecuadorean plaintiffs to continue with efforts to collect a $9.5 billion award they won against Chevron Corp. in Ecuador by targeting Chevron's Canadian assets, estimated to be worth $15 billion.
