Hunton Attys Needn't Testify In CDO Fight, Judge Says

Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 3:16 PM EST) -- A Hunton & Williams associate and a former partner don't have to testify in a New York state court case over the allegedly improper sale of $24 million in a CDO's assets to an REIT because the attorneys testified as nonparties in a similar federal suit, a judge said in an order filed Tuesday.
