Mobile Doctors CEO Denies Medicare Fraud Charges

Law360, Chicago (December 18, 2013, 6:25 PM ET) -- The CEO of Chicago-based house call service Mobile Doctors USA LLC pled not guilty Wednesday to charges that he ran a multimillion-dollar Medicare fraud scheme based on false billing codes.

At his arraignment in Illinois federal court, Dike Ajiri pled not guilty to all 11 counts of health care fraud alleged in the government’s indictment. His plea was accepted by U.S. Magistrate Judge Mary M. Rowland.
