MLB, A-Rod Fire Shots In Contract Row

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 2:40 PM ET) -- New York Yankees baseball star Alex Rodriguez urged a New York federal judge on Wednesday to remand to state court his suit accusing Major League Baseball of attempting to destroy his career, arguing that the federal court lacks jurisdiction.

Rodriguez claims MLB and its commissioner, Bud Selig, improperly interfered with his contract with the Yankees and prospective future business with an improperly aggressive investigation of claims he was using performance enhancing drugs.
