E-Discovery Workers Can't Share Ex-Co.'s Trade Secrets

Law360, Philadelphia (December 19, 2013, 5:00 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday barred two former workers with e-discovery consulting firm Capsicum Group LLC who took positions with a rival company from using any of Capsicum's proprietary information for the benefit of their new employer.

U.S. District Judge William Yohn said that Garry Pate and Brian Rosenthal had acquired significant knowledge of Capsicum's proprietary technology and agreed the two should be barred from using the information in their new positions with rival Stout Risius Ross Inc.
