NJ Courts Lack Power Over Tech Co. Worker Row, Panel Says

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 4:40 PM ET) -- A New Jersey appeals panel ruled Thursday that courts in the state have no jurisdiction over a technology company’s breach of contract suit against a former employee who quit to work for a client, affirming a lower court’s decision.
