McConnell Says He Won't Vote For IRS Commish Nominee

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 6:46 PM ET) -- When the full Senate votes on John Koskinen's nomination to lead the Internal Revenue Service, Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell won't cast a “yea” vote for him, telling colleagues Thursday that he won't approve a nominee months after the agency's tea party scandal exploded. 

Koskinen's nomination is now headed to the full chamber after the Senate's Finance Committee voted Dec. 13 to confirm him. But in remarks on the Senate floor Thursday, McConnell said he will not approve an IRS nominee until the Obama administration answers...
