OSHA Audit Yields Worrisome Results

Law360, New York (March 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- U.S. oil refineries appear to be operating at an alarmingly low level of safety, with the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration already turning up more than a hundred regulatory violations at the first 17 oil refineries examined in conjunction with a larger nationwide audit.
