Boehringer May Face More Sanctions In Pradaxa MDL

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 6:15 PM ET) -- A week after hitting Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH with a nearly $1 million penalty for discovery abuses, an Illinois federal judge ruled Wednesday that the drugmaker may be slapped with even more sanctions in multidistrict litigation over its blood thinner Pradaxa.
