2nd Circ. Won't Revive Atty's Time Warner Age Bias Case

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 3:15 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Thursday refused to revive a former Time Warner Inc. in-house employee benefits attorney's lawsuit, finding her claim that she was fired for complaining of age bias did not meet the standard recently set by the U.S. Supreme Court.
