Toys R Us Revises Rejected $35M Antitrust Settlement

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 7:55 PM EST) -- Toys R Us has reached an amended $35.5 million settlement of an antitrust class action alleging it restrain prices on baby products, after an earlier version of the accord was voided since consumers would've gotten a meager fraction of the money, according to a motion filed in Pennsylvania federal court Wednesday.
