NY Put-Back Claims Time-Barred In Deutsche Bank MBS Suit

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 5:53 PM ET) -- A New York appellate court answered a long-awaited question Thursday on when the state’s statute of limitations for mortgage "put-back claims" begins to run, in a $330 million suit accusing a Deutsche Bank AG affiliate of making false statements about the quality of loans underlying its mortgage-backed securities.
