2nd Circ. Lets 9/11 Victims Proceed With Saudi Arabia Suit

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 7:06 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit found Thursday that victims and surviving family members of the 9/11 attacks can pursue their putative class action claims against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which they accuse of supporting the terrorists.
