PNC Says Zuckerman Has Conflict In Military Supplier Ch. 11

Law360, New York (December 20, 2013, 6:04 PM ET) -- PNC Bank NA filed an objection Thursday in Maryland bankruptcy court to bankrupt military supplier Automated Business Power Inc.'s retention of Zuckerman Spaeder LLP as counsel, saying the firm was improperly hired by one of the company’s largest creditors.

The bank alleged that the law firm would be paid using a loan from Eyal Halevy, a Florida resident who's listed as the company's president in some older General Services Administration and district court documents.
