Mattel Can't Duck $137M In Legal Fees In Bratz Row

Law360, Los Angeles (December 20, 2013, 5:22 PM ET) -- A California federal judge has ruled that Mattel Inc. can't delay paying rival MGA Entertainment Inc. $137 million in attorneys' fees in the epic Bratz doll intellectual property battle, saying Mattel no longer faces competing claims for the jury's fee award.
