German Watchdog Bans Hotel Booking Best-Price Deals

Law360, New York (December 20, 2013, 4:24 PM ET) -- Germany’s antitrust enforcer on Friday outlawed a policy by Robert Ragge GmbH’s Hotel Reservation Service requiring hotels to offer their lowest rates on its booking website, and signaled it could do the same to Expedia Inc. and Priceline.com Inc.’s Booking.com BV.
