US Touts Progress On Trade, IP Issues With China

Law360, New York (December 20, 2013, 3:41 PM ET) -- Talks between the U.S. and China on trade and investment issues yielded progress, with the two sides agreeing to cooperate in the area of intellectual property protection and China committing to work toward adopting international government procurement standards, the Obama administration said Friday.
