Judge Names Lead Plaintiff In Ericsson Suit

Law360, New York (March 11, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The securities class action filed against telecommunications equipment manufacturer Ericsson LM Telephone Co. moved a step closer to trial after a district court judge named a lead plaintiff and lead counsel for the case.

In an order handed down on Monday, Judge Robert P. Patterson of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York named Jacques Fuhrer lead plaintiff and appointed law firm Murray, Frank & Sailer LLP as lead counsel.
