Russia WTO Compliance A Mixed Bag, USTR Says

Law360, New York (December 20, 2013, 5:29 PM ET) -- The U.S. Trade Representative said Friday that Russia has made some progress in meeting its obligations as a member of the World Trade Organization, but that it still has work in key areas.
