Ky. Auditor Backs Bill To Ward Off Cybersecurity Threats

Law360, Chicago (December 20, 2013, 7:02 PM ET) -- Kentucky’s state auditor released a report Thursday detailing cybersecurity threats to state and local governments entrusted with troves of sensitive data on their residents, stressing that the state is long overdue for a breach notification law.
