Music Choice Sues Viacom Over Digital Music Patents

Law360, New York (March 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Music Choice, the longtime leader in broadcasting digital music over cable TV systems, has filed a patent infringement suit against upstart Urge Radio, which is owned by Viacom and MTV Networks.

In the suit, filed March 4 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, Music Choice accuses Viacom's Urge Radio of infringing on two of its patents.
