SAP Asks Supreme Court To Weigh In On $391M Patent Row

Law360, Los Angeles (December 20, 2013, 6:18 PM ET) -- SAP America Inc. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a Federal Circuit decision that affirmed a jury’s patent infringement verdict and $391 million damages award for Versata Software Inc., arguing that SAP successfully invalidated the patent claims at issue.
