7th Circ. OKs Injunction On Wis. Abortion Law

Law360, Los Angeles (December 20, 2013, 7:33 PM ET) -- The Seventh Circuit on Friday upheld an injunction blocking a Wisconsin law requiring abortion providers to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital, finding that abortion clinics would face greater harm if the statute went into effect than the state would if the injunction remains in place.
