21st Century Fox Sells 47 Percent Stake In Star China TV

Law360, New York (January 2, 2014, 1:35 PM EST) -- 21st Century Fox said Thursday it will sell its 47 percent stake in joint venture Star China TV to China Media Capital for an undisclosed amount, giving the private equity fund, along with Star China's management team, control over three 24-hour channels.
