Sullivan Steers Fiat To Long-Awaited $4.4B Chrysler Deal

Law360, New York (January 2, 2014, 11:56 AM EST) -- Italian automaker Fiat SpA said late on Wednesday that it will round out its stake in rival Chrysler Group LLC in a $4.35 billion deal that will give it ownership of the sizable chunk of the iconic Michigan company held by the United Automobile Workers retiree health care fund.
