Pa. Treasurer Requests $3.4M For Wasted Lotto Expenses

Tom Corbett to transfer $3.4 million from his own budget to the state lottery to cover consulting expenses, after Corbett announced he was abandoning long-running efforts to hand over management of the lottery to a private operator.
