Wyndham Data Ruling Delayed By FTC Commish's Comments

Law360, New York (January 02, 2014, 4:57 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal judge last week delayed her highly anticipated ruling on Wyndham Worldwide Corp.'s bid to escape a data security suit by the Federal Trade Commission, in light of one commissioner's recent congressional testimony about the scope of the agency's unfairness authority.
