NJ Appeals Court Upends Med School's Win In Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (January 03, 2014, 7:30 PM ET) -- A judge took a too mechanical approach in deciding that a former University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey professor failed to present a case of age discrimination at first blush, an appellate panel recently found in reversing summary judgment for the employer.
