N.Y. Request For More Info In DRAM Suit Denied

Law360, New York (March 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge overseeing the multidistrict litigation over alleged price-fixing in the dynamic random access memory market has denied the New York attorney general’s request for more information and witnesses from DRAM maker Infineon Technologies AG.

Magistrate Judge Joseph C. Spero of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California pointed out Tuesday that the deadline for filing such a motion to compel was five months before Attorney General Andrew Cuomo’s Feb. 4 request.
