Texas Atty Loses Appeal Over Fee Split With Former Firm

Law360, Houston (January 03, 2014, 8:34 PM ET) -- A Texas appeals court said Tuesday that business litigation boutique Ireson & Weizel PC could keep the lion’s share of attorneys' fees recovered in a personal injury suit, rejecting a former partner’s claim to a larger slice of the award.
