LA Wants AMR Airport Lease Fight Moved To Calif.

Law360, Wilmington (January 03, 2014, 4:44 PM ET) -- Los Angeles requested Thursday that a long-running dispute over more than $20 million the city says American Airlines Inc. owes it for airport leases be moved from the New York bankruptcy court to California federal court, asserting that negotiations surrounding the debt were unsuccessful.
