EEOC's Commitment To Systemic Cases Bearing Fruit: Report

Law360, New York (January 3, 2014, 3:56 PM EST) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is making headway toward getting more bang for its buck by increasing the number of systemic cases it is pursuing, while pregnancy, disability and religious bias claims have also emerged as key priorities, said a report issued Thursday by Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
