7th Circ. Blocks Boehringer Workers' Depos In Pradaxa MDL

Law360, New York (January 03, 2014, 9:06 PM ET) -- The Seventh Circuit on Thursday temporarily blocked Germany-based Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH employees from being deposed in the U.S. in personal injury multidistrict litigation over the blood thinner Pradaxa, after the drugmaker argued a lower court overstepped its authority.
