Producer's Widow Takes Hyatt Terrorism Suit To High Court

Law360, New York (January 03, 2014, 6:30 PM ET) -- The widow of a prominent Hollywood director-producer who was killed in a 2005 suicide bombing in one of Hyatt International LLC's Syrian hotels asked the U.S. Supreme Court last week to revive her wrongful death suit.
