Atty Appeals $4.2M Junk Fax Judgment To Supreme Court

Law360, Chicago (January 03, 2014, 9:14 PM ET) -- An estate planning attorney who was hit with a $4.2 million class action judgment for sending unsolicited fax advertisements has appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, challenging the Seventh Circuit’s ruling on how the judgment should be distributed.
