GOP Beats Bid To Oust Texas Justice From Primary

Law360, Houston (January 6, 2014, 7:01 PM EST) -- The Texas Republican Party on Monday defeated a lawsuit filed by a candidate for the state’s highest court who says Justice Jeff Brown’s primary application is defective, rendering him ineligible for inclusion on the March ballot.
