Hartford Hits Eject On Coverage Of Redbox ADA Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 07, 2014, 4:38 PM ET) -- Hartford Fire Insurance Co. sued Redbox Automated Retail LLC in Illinois federal court Monday, saying it does not need to defend the company in an underlying ADA putative class action alleging Redbox discriminates against people who are deaf.
