Philly Denied Rehearing In Blue Cross Tax Credit Row

Law360, Philadelphia (January 7, 2014, 2:31 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court on Tuesday shot down a petition by the city of Philadelphia seeking an en banc rehearing after a three-judge panel ruled that two Independence Blue Cross subsidiaries were entitled to more than $6 million in future tax credits to make up for past overpayments.
