Prisons Bureau Doesn't Owe $8M More On Contract: Fed. Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (January 7, 2014, 3:40 PM EST) -- A Federal Circuit panel on Tuesday rejected the attempts of a joint venture between Bell Constructors Inc. and Heery International Inc. to get nearly $8 million from the Federal Bureau of Prisons, ruling that Bell/Heery was responsible for incurred costs when it did not receive an anticipated permit.
