Japanese Aloe Co. Not Entitled To $47M Tax Refund: Judge

Law360, Los Angeles (January 7, 2014, 5:35 PM EST) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge on Monday found that the Japanese affiliate of the Forever Living Products Group, which sells cosmetics and nutritional supplements, did not qualify for nearly $47 million in tax refunds because it was properly taxed as a corporation in the early 1990s.
