Compuware Unloads 3 Units For $160M As Activists Circle

Law360, New York (January 8, 2014, 11:11 AM EST) -- Compuware Corp. on Wednesday said it would sell a trio of units to Marlin Equity Partners for $160 million, a move that shaves down its asset base in line with demands from a vocal contingent of activist investors that have targeted the company since last year.
