Zacadia Overreached In Herbalife $400M Estate, Court Says

Law360, New York (January 09, 2014, 5:19 PM ET) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday affirmed a jury's verdict in favor of trustees overseeing the $400 million estate of Herbalife International of America Inc.'s founder, who was accused of breaching the terms of a loan designed to reduce the estate's tax bill.
