Fla. High Court Says Gulf Power Can Service New Development

Law360, Miami (January 9, 2014, 6:46 PM EST) -- The Florida Supreme Court on Thursday upheld a state Public Service Commission decision granting Gulf Power Co. the right to provide electric service to a proposed development in Okaloosa County, saying the original ruling did not stray from the law.
