$1.1B Toyota Suit Moves Ahead With Objector Settlement

Law360, New York (January 9, 2014, 5:44 PM EST) -- Plaintiffs in the $1.1 billion litigation over alleged unintended acceleration in some Toyota Motor Corp. vehicles are one step closer to a payout as two settlement objectors dropped their opposition in exchange for $1.5 million that will go to auto safety groups.
