Alcon Aims To Halt Micro Labs' Generic Glaucoma Drug

Law360, New York (January 10, 2014, 2:04 PM EST) -- Alcon Research Ltd. slapped Indian drugmaker Micro Labs Ltd. with a complaint in Delaware federal court Thursday, seeking to halt an effort by Micro Labs to market a generic version of the glaucoma treatment Travatan Z, which Alcon claimed would infringe three of its patents.
