Former Va. Solicitor General Returns To McGuireWoods

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 5:09 PM EST) -- McGuireWoods LLP said Friday it has welcomed former Virginia Solicitor General E. Duncan Getchell Jr. back to the firm after four years with the state, where he was involved with the first lawsuit filed by a state challenging the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act.
