8th Circ. Affirms Surgeon's 5-Year Tax Fraud Sentence

Law360, New York (January 10, 2014, 4:07 PM EST) -- The Eighth Circuit upheld a five-year prison sentence for a South Dakota surgeon who allegedly dodged over $1 million in taxes by parking his money in offshore accounts, saying Friday there was no proof the lower court had erred by blocking certain evidence.
