Split High Court Presses Industry, EPA Over Carbon Rules

Law360, New York (February 24, 2014, 7:33 PM ET) -- A starkly divided U.S. Supreme Court took turns grilling industry, state and federal attorneys during oral arguments Monday over greenhouse gas emissions rules for vehicles being able to trigger similar requirements for stationary sources, suggesting the case will come down to one or two votes.
